Returns Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase from us. We cannot accept returns of live products or kits that contain live products, but if you contact us about a problem with cultivation or the state of your shipment, we will be glad to help you. If your purchase does not satisfy you we will refund the purchase price or provide store credit. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.


At present we ship via US Postal Service or UPS to addresses within the continental United States. You will need to choose your shipment method at checkout. We will notify you by email when your order ships. Shipments may be delayed due to availability or weather conditions. If we anticipate delays we will let you know in response to your order.

Local Pick-up option: no shipping charges!

You may choose to have your order delivered for free to Hamilton Whole Foods in Hamilton, NY. At checkout, just choose delivery to one of these locations instead of UPS or USPS shipment.

Hamilton Whole Foods, 28 Broad Street, Hamilton, NY: Orders placed by noon on weekdays for delivery via Hamilton Whole Foods will be ready for pick-up the next business day during the store's normal business hours.
